Forge Shop

The Forge shop is equipped with State-of-the-art CNC Hydraulic Hammers and Crank Presses. Our production plant boasts 12 modern Forging Lines providing customers World wide.

Simulation software’s like DEFORM are used for forging fie design to maintain right grain flow structure. Forging weight range 10 grams – 7 Kgs.

The forge shop is also equipped with Pneumatic Hammers Cross wedge rolls for complex per forming operations. Wide range of materials from Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium are regularly used.

CNC Machining

Perfect Group has advanced CNC machining facilities: Horizontal Machining Centres, Turn Mill Centers, Vertical Machining Centers, Turning Centers, Vertical turning Centers, Drill Tap Centers, Vertical Balancing
Drilling Machine, Horizontal Balancing Milling Machine and Horizontal Balancing Drilling Machine sourced from reputed manufacturers like DMG, Moriseiki, Makino, Doosan, HAAS, Brother, Okuma, Lokesh and Abro.

In house facility for Hot Dip Galvanizing, Painting, Electro Galvanizing, Zinc Nickel Alloy Plating, Mechanical Zinc Plating, Powder Coating and Salt Spray Testing

Pressing

Perfect Pressing Division Consists of Stamping Presses from 10T to 300T , Guillotine Shear Presses with maxium capacity 16mm x 4mtrs and Press Brakes with Maximum capacity 340 T x 4mtrs

Perfect has in house Surface Treatment plant (Planting , Painting , and Powder Coating) and an assembly unit. Perfect provides Assembly Services for partial or complete product as per customer requirements .

With the support of Robotic , Manual and Projection Welding Stations ; Perfect precisely takes care of complex Pressed Assemblies .
